Decent product. Been using after wash from nizoral because it can be pretty drying to the scalp. Adds almost to much moisture even with less sprays as instructed. Makes it look more oily and flat rather then “fuller” as product describes.
I never leave reviews but, I had to come back after 2 months of using this product and let me tell you. My hair has thickened so much since I started using these supplements. As a result of using a special DHT shampoo plus this DHT supplement, I have seen quite a big difference in several months of use on my hair resulting more thickness, longer and softer feel. I am very satisfied so far with this product and only continued use will definitely be rewarding....
GLP1 hair loss- I had NO warning this was a major contraindication until there was literally hair all over my house and not on my head anymore. I started on Advanced Trichology DHT Blocker and Foligrowth, and the NutraM scalp serum in July 2025 (before pic), results were very noticeable by Feb 2026 (after pic). Pictures say it all.

I have been taking Advanced Trichology DHT Blocker for 5 months. Prior to taking DHT, my hair had thinned out considerably, and not improving while using other supplements. Since taking DHT, my hair is longer, healthier and overall looks great. I highly recommend this product.
I’ve just started my journey with the Advanced Trichology DHT Blocker and have been taking it for about a week so far. It’s still very early, but I’ve already noticed what seems like a slight reduction in shedding and even some signs of new growth. That said, I am also using topical serums at the same time, so it’s hard to say how much of the effect is coming specifically from the supplement versus my overall routine.
One thing I did experience is some nausea when taking the full dose at once. Adjusting how I take it made a big difference—I now split the dose (two in the morning and two at night), which has been much easier on my stomach.
Overall, I’m cautiously optimistic. It feels like a quality product, and I appreciate that it targets DHT from multiple angles. I’ll need more time to fully evaluate the results, but so far it seems promising enough for me to continue and see how things progress over the next few months.
So far no issues with this product. I have noticed a decrease in hair shedding especially on wash days. It’s too early to tell if this is a result from the DHT blocker so for that reason I gave a 3 star for now. I’ll review after a solid 3-6 months.
