📦 How to Return a Product or Laser

1. Contact Us First

   • We'll send you instructions and a Free return label if your order is eligible for free return.

   • Important: We will provide the return address and instructions via email. Kindly do not return the package without contacting us first, as returning it to the wrong address may result in unnecessary handling fees. Please note that our return address is different from the one listed on the shipping label

2. Prepare Your Return

   • Include all original components and packaging

   • If reusing the original packaging, please remove or cover any old shipping labels.

   • Apply the new return label provided

   • For orders not eligible for free return label, you need to ship the package via a carrier that provides tracking. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or undelivered.

3. Processing Time

   • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return

   • Some banks may take an additional up to 10 business days to reflect the refund
