All consumable products automatically come with a 90-day guarantee from the date of purchase. If for any reason you want to return your product, you can. Simply call us to receive a Return Authorization number prioer to the end of the guaranteed date, send the product to us in Tempe with a tracking number, and receive a refund within 10 business days.
The LC Elite Laser has a 180-day (6-month guarantee). If for any reason you want to return your LC ELITE Laser, you can. Simply call us to receive a Return Authorization number prior to the end of the guaranteed date, send the product to us in Tempe with a tracking number, and receive a refund within 10 business days.
Step 1: Call 480-222-4247 to receive your Return Authorization Number within the guarantee period.
Step 2: Package your product with all original components and send the package back to Advanced Trichology. Include your RA# on the outside of the package and be sure to ship the product with a postal carrier that will offer you a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages that have not been delivered to the clinic.
