By booking a consultation through our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- All consultations require a $49 booking fee at the time of scheduling.
- This fee will be converted into a store credit immediately after payment.
- Your consultation will be with a junior trichologist.
- Your consultation will be conducted through a phone call.
- Cancellations are not allowed once the booking is confirmed.
- Clients are allowed one reschedule request without incurring an additional fee.
- Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
- If a client does not attend the consultation and fails to notify us in advance (no-call, no-show), they forfeit the $49 booking fee.
- Clients must submit the following at least 24 hours before their appointment:
- Clear photos of your scalp, including the top, front, sides, and back.
- Completed questionnaire responses (we'll send this via email)

Bloodwork
- Send blood tests results that are relevant to your hair loss if available and purchased outside of Advanced Trichology- no need to send Blood tests ordered from our site, we have a copy of it. You can find a list of blood tests we typically check here
- Results should be recent, no older than three months
- Blood tests conducted outside the U.S. must be translated and converted to international units by the customer
- Please send clear copies in prefferably in PDF format. We do not accept blurred copies
- Send blood tests results that are relevant to your hair loss if available and purchased outside of Advanced Trichology- no need to send Blood tests ordered from our site, we have a copy of it. You can find a list of blood tests we typically check here
- If these materials are not submitted in advance, they may be provided during the consultation; however, the time spent submitting them will be included in the 30-minute consultation.
- Each consultation includes a maximum of 30-minute session dedicated to discussing your hair loss concerns and answering any questions you may have.
- The consultation may be shorter than 30 minutes if less time is needed; however, any unused time will not be credited towards future consultations or refunded.
- After 30 minutes, clients may seek additional assistance through support.
- If a follow-up consultation is required for extensive discussion, clients must book a new consultation.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your $49 store credit immediately after payment is processed.
- This credit can be accessed by logging into your account on our website.
- If an account is not yet created, the credit will not be accessible, so you will need to create a new account with the email address used to purchase the consultation fee to redeem it.
- The customer has to add a product to the cart and then click the little $49 widget to apply their store credit.
- Store credit can be used towards product purchases on our website.
- Any items purchased using store credit are non-refundable.
