Outside of the Continental US and Laser Cap orders must be postmarked received prior to the guarantee and received within 10 business days of the end of the guarantee period. Return shipping fee should be handled by the buyer.

The LC Elite Laser has a 180-day (6-month guarantee). If for any reason you want to return your LC ELITE Laser, you can. Simply call us to receive a Return Authorization number prior to the end of the guaranteed date, send the product to us with a tracking number, and receive a refund within 10 business days.

- All opened LC Elite Laser devices are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
What to do when returning your product:
Step 1:
Call 480-222-4247 to receive your Return Authorization Number within the guarantee period.
Step 2:
Package your product with all original components and send the package back to Advanced Trichology. Include your RA# on the outside of the package and be sure to ship the product with a postal carrier that will offer you a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages that have not been delivered to our warehouse.
Step 3:
Once received by us, please allow 10 business days for processing and refund to be issued. Some merchant service providers can take up to 10 additional business days to put the money back into your account.
