Step 1: Pick the three pull zones.
Top of scalp (DHT / genetics)
Sides of scalp (nutrition—vitamin D3, zinc, folate, ferritin, B12 in the bloodstream)
Back of scalp (inflammatory hair loss related to gut issues, autoimmune, or stressors)
Step 2: Do the pulls and count hairs.
In each zone, gently tug and count what comes out, then do it again.
Step 3: Interpret the result.
More than two hairs in any zone = positive for hair loss in that area.
Two hairs = it may be an anomaly.
Step 4: Confirm it.
Repeat the test every 3–4 days. If you keep getting 3, 4, 5, or 10 hairs in a zone, that’s 100% hair loss in that area.
Step 5: Match the zone to the likely reason.
Top: genetics/DHT → DHT blockers (he mentions DHT Blocker with Immune Support or finasteride if you’re male)
Sides: nutritional anomaly → blood work and getting nutritional levels up
Back: autoimmune / inflammatory issue → that can be the culprit
