Slowed down excessive hair shedding

I've been taking this product since March 2019. I was taking bioten supplements for 6 months and they did nothing. My hair was shedding so much I was starting to be able to see my scalp in one spot. After about 2.5 months I noticed the excessive shedding of my hair had slowed down, and now I'd say the shedding is "normal". As well the very thin spot looks like it is filling in.
