Please answer the following questions to help us guide you through the next steps in completing the current offer.

VIDEO 1 - FOR AMBASSADOR PRODUCT Video:

In the video, please use a nice well lite background (outside in a shady area or in an office or kitchen etc). Have presentable hair and attire. Also, please hold the product that you are speaking of in plain view of the camera for at least 50% of the video.

Say hello and answer:

• Who are you? (name, occupation)
• How long have you been using the product (please say the full name of the product)? How do you use the product?
• What are the key results that you noticed from the product?
• What do you love the product?
• Have you recommended the product to friends?
• What would you tell someone considering this purchasing this product?

In the video, please use a nice well lite background (outside in a shady area or in an office or kitchen etc). Have presentable hair and attire. If doing more than one video, please change the background for each video. 

Say hello and answer:

• Who are you? (name, occupation)
• How long have you been a client?
• How do you feel about Advanced Trichology?
• Why do you trust Advanced Trichology?
• What have the products done for you?
• What is your favorite thing about the company?

Your video/s will be reviewed and within 3 business days. When accepted you will be notified via email with a $100 eGift Card that never expires. Up to 4 videos can be accepted per person. Acceptance is not guaranteed. 

In providing video or other content to us for publication, you are granting Advanced Trichology and its authorized representatives a license to use your User Content (including your name and social media address if relevant) in connection with the operation of its business, including without limitation, a right to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate, and reformat User Content provided by you on our Site, and in social media and promotional materials. You will not be compensated for any User Content.
